Na het volgen van \u00e9\u00e9n mindfulnesstraining kunnen zij beter omgaan met deze klachten. Kortom: ze ervaren een betere kwaliteit van leven.<\/h3><p>Mindfulness is het doelbewust, in het hier en nu, aandacht geven aan \nwat je ervaart, zonder hierover te oordelen. Mindfulness kun je leren \nvia trainingen of workshops en kan je helpen om op een andere manier in \nhet leven te staan.<\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness kan mensen met diabetes helpen om de hectiek van de dag \nte balanceren: het kan helpen om op de moeilijke momenten de juiste \nkeuzes te maken.
