Hierbij werd zoveel mogelijk vet gegeten en werden alle koolhydraten uit het menu geschrapt. Dat is op de lange termijn niet gezond en ook moeilijk vol te houden.\n\nKies je ervoor om koolhydraatarm te eten, zorg dan in elk geval wel voor voldoende prote\u00efnen, eiwitten en vitaminen. Hier kan een di\u00ebtiste je erg goed bij helpen.
